What Is Ministry Trakker?

Ministry Trakker streamlines your ministry by tracking ministry needs and assigning them to your staff. The concept is simple: Pastor/Staff find out about a ministry need in your congregation and enter it in your Phone or Web App. Ministry Trakker texts whoever you assign the need to (church staff member, etc) to remind them of the need on the schedule of your choosing. Think of it as your digital assistant that texts reminders to the right people at the right time, so no need slips through the cracks. Here’s how it works:

Pricing

Service Cost: $59 per month OR $637 per year (save 10% by choosing annually) for up to 5 users ($10 per month per user monthly or $108 per user yearly for 6-9 users) Call or email us for cost of 10 or more users. You receive your own phone number that will send texts to those you assign. The cost also includes the cost of all texts. All sales tax-exempt ministries qualify.
No Hidden Fees: We’re upfront about costs because ministry budgets deserve clarity.

Onboarding Process

Getting started is as easy as clicking the “Onboarding” button on our website (ministrytrakker.com). Here’s what happens next:

  1. Submit Info: Provide details about your ministry and sales tax exempt certificate (if applicable).
  2. Make Payment: You will receive an email with your invoice after submitting your onboarding form. Use your credit card or bank account to setup your initial payment.
  3. Access Granted: After we receive your payment, we will complete your setup and share the Phone and Web App with you and anyone you designate. You’re ready to start tracking!

Absolutely. We provide a training video and support to get you up and running.

How secure is our data?

Your data is only shared with people you authorize. We don’t store sensitive data ourselves—your ministry stays in control.

What if our data gets corrupted or we accidentally delete it?

Ministry Trakker backs up your data every night. If you need to restore because of some problem, we’ve got you covered. Backups are kept for 30 days.

Can we integrate this with other tools?

Ministry Trakker is built around Google Sheets for simplicity. If you have specific integration needs, let us know and we’ll explore options.
