Ministry Trakker provides a subscription-based platform for managing ministry needs, tracking engagement, and streamlining operations. The service is designed to support users in organizing and enhancing their ministry efforts.
Ministry Trakker operates on a monthly subscription or yearly payment model. Users must maintain a valid credit card on file for automatic recurring payments processed through Wave invoices. Payments are charged monthly and are non-refundable once processed.
To cancel your subscription, email info@ministrytrakker.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for invoices already paid, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
1. Program Description
By checking the box to agree to receive text messages during church onboarding, you consent to Ministry Trakker sending informational SMS notifications to the provided mobile number(s). These messages are strictly for church ministry operations and may include alerts, reminders, updates, schedules, ministry needs, events, prayer requests, volunteer coordination, emergency notifications, and other important congregational or staff-related information as configured in your church account. Message frequency varies based on your church's settings and activity (typically low-frequency). Ministry Trakker does not send marketing, promotional, or sales messages.
2. Consent
Consent is obtained via a required checkbox on our web onboarding form when a church representative provides phone numbers for staff/leaders and agrees to these terms. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you have authority to provide phone numbers and obtain consent on behalf of listed users.
3. Opt Out Instructions
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT) to any message from our toll-free number. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent (except as required by law). You may re-opt-in later by completing the onboarding process again.

Ministry Trakker will provide services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed, as success depends on user implementation.
